      Three school buses collided in a chain-reaction crash Monday in southwestern Arkansas, sending dozens of youngsters to a hospital but few with serious injuries, authorities said.

      There were 76 people in the emergency room at a hospital in Lake Village, said state police spokesman Bill Sadler. Ambulance workers listed two people as having serious injuries, he said.

      But 'everything I saw was bumps and bruises,' said state police Cpl. Mitch Grant.

      James Cathey, a dispatch supervisor with the police in nearby Eudora, said the crash involved three buses from the Lake Village School District.

    Eudora is a city in Chicot County, Arkansas, United States of America. The population was 2,819 at the 2000 census. Eudora is located at 33°6′53″N 91°15′46″W / 33.11472, -91.26278 (33.114608, -91.262653). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.1 square miles (8.0 km²), all of it land. As of the census of 2000, there were 2,819 people, 1,047 households, and 731 families residing in the city. The population density was 918.2 people per square mile (354.5/km²). There were 1,163 housing units at an average density of 378.8/sq mi (146.3/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 13.94% White, 84.50% Black or African American, 0.04% Native American, 0.18% Asian, 0.46% from other races, and 0.89% from two or more races. 1.38% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. There were 1,047 households out of which 34.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 30.5% were married couples living together, 34.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.1% were non-families. 26.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
