    Answer:

Is it about time this came out? Some Jehovah's Witnesses want more than to leave Watchtowers ?
    Question:
Towns where Alleged Jehovah's Witness Child molesters have been reported to silentlambs Home Listed by each state If you would to add a new listing contact silentlambs at info@silentlambs.org The list below is designed to alert you to a possible danger in your community. Over the course of the last four years silentlambs has been a repository of reports on alleged Jehovah's Witness child molesters. Victims have reported extensively on times, dates and places abuse occurred. We have wrestled with how to alert the public as well as members that may be in congregations where abusers have been reported. We offer the following suggestions if you as a Jehovah's Witness are in a town/congregation where a report has been made. Do not allow your children to be alone with anyone in the congregation. Escort your children to the bathroom during meetings and make sure no else is with them when using facilities. Never allow your children to be alone in the car with anyone while in field service. Do not allow any member to study with your child alone. Avoid camping trips in which children go as a group with one or two adults. Avoid baby sitters that are adult males. At a get together watch your children and keep them in sight at all times. Ask elders directly if they know of any abusers in your congregation, use specific names and note their reaction. They will not tell you directly but indirectly you can often figure out who it is. If one elder is less cooperative talk to another till you find out enough information to know the facts. Check the local sex offender list in your area, type in the name of every person in your congregation to see if any are listed. Notice any male member of the congregation that does not have privileges such as microphone or other duties around the congregation, especially if for a long period of time. They can offer talks on the TMS or sermons Service Meeting but are not allowed to conduct meetings. (This is only in case of a confessed child molester) Note any member of the congregation that has children with sever rebellion or emotional problems. Do not allow your children to have sleepovers with anyone. Note members that the elders avoid having around their children. If you are a member of the public and your community is on the list take the following steps to protect your family. If Jehovah's Witnesses call at your home never allow them in your home If you do not wish Jehovah's Witnesses to call at your home purchase a no trespassing sign and place it near your door. JW's are instructing to only respect "no trespassing" signs any other variation will be ignored. If you do not wish Jehovah's Witnesses to call you can also call the local number and ask to be placed on the "do not call" list. They will note your home and check about once a year to make sure you wish to remain on the list. If you choose to study with Jehovah's Witnesses do so at a neutral location such as the local Kingdom Hall or in a public place. Never allow your child to be alone with members or their children. If you choose to attend meetings with Jehovah's Witnesses then we suggest you follow the guidelines above for members. Remember that most members are not aware of who the molesters are in their congregation according to church policy. They do not know. If two Jehovah's Witnesses call at your door one could be a child molester. According to church guidelines all confessed child molesters are required to have a partner when going door to door. If two Jehovah's Witnesses appear at your door you might wish to ask if one or both are child molesters for peace of mind. Of course keep in mind if the person is an accused child molester they are allowed to work alone in the door to door work. We hope this information is helpful and assists with the ultimate goal of silentlambs, protecting children. Check back as the list is updated on a regular basis. What places in the U.S. offer higher wages and lower cost of living?
    Question:
I live in the Tampa Bay, FL..I like it here because of the weather. But its getting expensive and the wages arent climbing. Plus, its very transient here. Also, the jobs here are terrible. I graduated from college 3 years ago and I am still working in tourism. I cant find a career in pharmaceutal sales. My dating life isnt good either. I cant seem to meet any high quality stable women in Florida. I thought of moving back to my hometown of Chicago because I love it there...its family oriented city, many high quality women, great careers, and a working city..but the weather is terrible and the cost of living is high. I would make much better wages...but I couldnt afford a home in Chicago. I dont want to move anywhere out West. Been there done that. I lived in Las Vegas and Arizona. I didnt care for the West. I looked at parts of the deep south but I dont know. I'm looking at south carolina, tennessee, alabama, georgia, texas, ...maybe wisconsin and indiana. I want specific towns with lots of growth and employment. Maybe sugraland texas? Charleston, SC? Nashville, TN? Alabama? Not kentucky. Not arkansas. Not knoxville. I need to stayt away from high pollutuon. I have asthma. I just dont know. Any suggestions would be helpful. I want a place thats low cost, higher wages, green grass, clean air, teeming with available family-oriented women, and a warmer climate. I want a solid career, a family someday, and time is running out. Im almost 40. I need to find a career and meet a nice woman. Any suggestions on places to find what I am looking for would be helpful.

    Answer:
I live in Indiana. The cost of living is very low compared with other places, but you make less too. But it's definitely enough money to get by. I'm 22 and already own a very nice house (not to mention the boat, camper, etc, that my husband insists we need). I feel lucky to be far ahead of the game. I'm sure very few 22 year olds in FL could afford to buy a house down there. However...... i suppose Indiana wouldn't have the warmer climate you are looking for, you'd freeze in the winter some days! It's very unpredictable though, one day it'll be 10 degrees, the next it'll be 75 degrees. Good luck with your decision!

Which Southern states do you really like? Can do without?
    Question:
I wanna know what you think, but as for me... I like: -TEXAS: Like a "Lone Star" in terms of its hospitality and generosity. -Oklahoma: Lot like Texas -Tennessee: Laid-back, mellow -North Carolina: Much like Tennessee outside of the cities -South Carolina: Old South charm, Charleston is nice tourist attraction -Mississippi: Old South charm, sweet people -Louisiana: Food, culture, that down home feeling -Alabama: Much like Mississippi -Georgia: Just as long as you avoid ATL I can do without: -Kentucky: Might as well be Ohio. Bad drivers, very unwelcoming to outsiders, snooty women...and I'm from there! -West Virginia: There's nothing there! -Virginia: like New York/New Jersey south -Florida: like New York/New Jersey south-south -Arkansas: had several bad service industry-related experiences in this state. Plus it elected BJ to four terms as Governor. This is my opinion based on life experience. Every state has its good and bad points, though!

    Answer:
    I support the southern states

    Answer:
I like Orlando. It's our favorite vacation spot. Plenty to do and the weather in March is a nice break from the cold north. Least favorite would have to be Houston. I can't say I dislike it but just that it's my least favorite. I spent 7 days there for work a few years ago. Just wasn't impressed. Flat, lots of petrochemical plants and many corner stores selling cowboy boots.

Place your cities of choice by order of preference! (You'll find them listed here.)?
    Question:
Consider which cities you like or dislike most. If there are any additional ones you want to replace ones on the list with, that's fine. Consider natural beauty of city and area, friendliness of people, quality of life, climate, crime rate, job market. Use YOUR definition of these factors, make your list original if you want to. Twenty cities classifed as Southern, sort them out as you will! 1. Dallas/Fort Worth 2. Louisville 3. Austin 4. San Antonio 5. Houston/Galveston 6. Baton Rouge 7. Northwest Arkansas 8. Oklahoma City 9. Tulsa 10. Memphis 11. Nashville 12. Jackson, MS 13. New Orleans 14. Mobile 15. Birmingham 16. Atlanta 17. Lexington, KY 18. Little Rock 19. Charleston, SC 20. Raleigh-Durham

    Answer:
Pensacola is my favorite. I was born and raised here and it will always be home. I love the beach for sunning and boating/jet skiing and the rivers are great as well for boating and canoeing. We are a city with a RICH history. Pensacola is known as the CRADLE OF NAVAL AVIATION and is home to the BLUE ANGELS. There are great places to shop and eat. There are also a lot of places of entertainment. The Civic Center has a lot of concerts and is home to the ICE PILOTS ice hockey team. The Saenger Theater is a show house where they put on Broadway musicals among other shows. There are many movie theaters around town. Pensacola also has a theme park, water parks, and comedy clubs that are popular. A lot to do here, and a lot more to do if you want to take a drive to the north, east, or west. The worst part is that the weather is hot and humid and we have hurricanes. That is okay though because I think you have to deal with some force of nature no matter where you live whether it be cold, snow, ice, earthquakes, mudslides, forest fires... It is a good place to visit and a better place to live. This is MY TOWN where I was born, I was raised... AND I LOVE IT!

    Answer:
It's too early in the season to know how ANY of these teams is going to do, so I'll just pick ALL HOME TEAMS (by at least 1) this week. EDIT to Beachbabe: WHICH OSU?? There are THREE of them on this list!! (Oregon State, Ohio State, Oklahoma State) and I dare say, at least one of them is going to lose. (Oklahoma State to Washington State). (WHOOPS! Congrats to Okla. St. for proving me wrong on that one!)

Why are people still insisting Hawaii's one of the best in the country?
    Question:
Hawaii went undefeated. Big deal. Has anybody even taken a second look at who these guys have played? Let me run down a brief list: -Northern Colorado -Louisiana Tech -Charleston Southern -Utah State -San Diego State Also, they were at one point trailing 21-0 to one of the worst Pac 10 teams in the conference, Washington. Meanwhile, LSU has been beating Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee and Georgia. Am I on drugs or something? What makes you think Hawaii should even CONTEND for a BCS spot? Tim Tebow has 29 pass and 20 rush TD's this year. He would be looking at, oh ... a 50/50 season if he played who Hawaii has. Ordinary, I believe it should be USC and Oklahoma playing for the National Championship, but since neither are involved, I settled for comparing Hawaii to a team that IS in that game, that team being LSU. Zags, what's harder? Beating Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan, or beating Utah State, Charleston and Fresno State? Yeah, I thought so too... Kyle, even Stanford could finish with 9 or 10 wins playing Hawaii's schedule. And why bring up "oh, Georgia had a bad game", because USC's loss, and even Oklahoma's loss to Colorado, was just that. Bad games.

    Answer:
They went undefeated, period. At the end of the day, the only thing a team can do is beat whose in front of them. Hawaii is the only team to have done that. As for the schedule, they got dumped by two teams a month out from the start of the season. One of those teams, brought in a school named App. State to play the game. That team went on to lose to App. State in Hawaii's spot. When you dump a team with only a few weeks before the season starts, you leave them with Charleston Southern. Also, people (like you) love to bring up SEC schedules or the fact Hawaii was trailing against Washington to belittle their season. . . who cares? It's irrelevant. LSU plays against SEC teams with SEC talent, with SEC coaching, with SEC recruiting budgets. They should be able to compete genius. The same could be said for Washington. They have PAC 10 talent, coaching, and recruiting budgets. They should have not only been ahead 21 - 0 against a WAC team, but should have won the game. Tim Tebow is the man, right? I mean his coach left him in every blowout they played so he could pad his stat line all while playing with an SEC line and SEC WR's. Look at their schedule, they lost three games. With or without Tebow, Florida loses those games. He did nothing other than beat teams Florida would have beaten with or without him. His "big" games, they lost. You can't say the same for Brennan. He didn't play in numerous second HALVES and his team won every game they played. I'm sure you and Tebow by yourselves, could have gone undefeated with Hawaii's schedule. People said the same nonsense with Utah and Boise.
