I'm from Arkansas (Little Rock which is central Arkansas). Blytheville is in the north-east corner of Arkansas. It's a very old section of the state. It has old building and vintage things. It's not a dangerous area nor a large area. There are various ethnic groups there. It's an ok part of the state. Not a whole lot of shopping and so forth but it is relatively close to Memphis, which has malls galore!

I live about an hour or so north of there. I've never really stopped there, but I've been thru there a few times. The land is flat. Its not a huge place. It would be kind of a laid back feeling living there. Don't know if this helps any but maybe it did some. I can guide you a little bit on some things to do if you wanted to get out and explore the area sometime

You didn't complete your question. Apparently you have complained about shoddy service or products you recieved from a company in Blytheville, Arkansas.
I always have better luck dealing with the BBB over the internet. That way you don't have to keep sending paperwork back and forth through the mail. At fourty-one cents per letter, that can add up.
Name the company you are having trouble with and maybe others will be warned. "ONLY DO THIS IF YAHOO ALLOWS IT". You don't want to violate Yahoos policies. I'm not sure what they are concerning problems of this sort.

yeah. I used 2 live in Blytheville! it's pretty nice, not much crime, it's like an ordinary place 2 live, you know, some stuff 2 do, but nothing dramatic

ended up in a dirty one where the heating/air didn't even work. Have to go again, wondering if there is a better hotel, or should I keep driving? Also, are there any good resteraunts that aren't fast food?

I think It was a Holiday Inn I stayed at that was nice. But I do not recommend going to the Blytheville Ark. Bonanza Restaurant. It is horrible. The food was cold, the place was run down. I saw one of the waitresses stick a plate down her shirt and bang on it not a pleasant experience

How can you divorce in Blytheville, Arkansas w/o both spouses' signatures?

Here's the dilemma. My sister got married in Blytheville, AR in September 2006. They have two children, 3 and 9 months. He was physically and mentally abusive (she has no proof other than word of mouth) and she filed for divorce and thought she had gotten it in February of this year. Turns out he didn't sign a paper so they are STILL MARRIED. Now he REFUSES to sign the papers. She REALLY WANTS and NEEDS to MOVE ON and her attorney said she'd have to wait 12 months and that HE WOULD HAVE to sign the divorce papers. I was looking at info online and I saw something about a no fault divorce. They have been separated since January and it said that if they were separated for 18 straight months that the divorce could go through w/o both spouses signing. Is this option available to her? How could she prove separation? Is there any way for them to divorce w/o him signing? If so, how does she do it? If not are there any other options for her? I want my sister to be happy! PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!

By Canadian winter standards, the weather will be quite warm, although by local standards it will be cold. In February expect precipitation to be in the form of cold rain, occasional light snow, but more usually ice. Temperatures will be variable, with warm days mixed in with colder days.
In the above weather link, which was for February of last year, you'll notice the first part of the month had nighttime lows below freezing with daytime highs above freezing, there was an odd, very warm day on February 6, and near the end of the month the temperatures were more spring-like. Most of the month the temperatures were slightly below normal, so you can still use that page to determine what "normal" should be.
When I lived in Alaska (I know the kind of cold you live in) and would travel to Oklahoma in winter to visit family (very similar weather to Arkansas), I would dress in layers so I could adjust as needed. I'd recommend a variety of clothing for your husband. He should bring clothing appropriate for his type of work, as well as something to keep his hands and head warm if necessary. Don't forget casual clothes for when he's not at work or proper footwear for both outdoor work and personal time. Insulated boots are probably not necessary unless he gets cold toes easily. Should he have to work in rain, he might want a rain jacket.
