Absolute worst- place of full of sad/ angry people waiting for food. Several groups got up and left, reporting that they had ordered an hour ago. We were more patient- after waitng 70 minutes, we asked of the kitchen staff, since our waitress was nowhere to be found. Kitchen help said porkchop and burger would be ready soon- great, except that was not what we had ordered. Who know how much longer we would have waited for our order???? We joined those others who left without eating.By the time we left, the place was nearly empty, and we felt sorry for people at table behind us, half of whom got their orders while other half of group did not, and for the couple who came in 20 minutes earlier and still had not received a menu. The problem was not lack of help- there were plenty of cooks in kitchen- problem was lack of help who had a working brain cell. Honestly, even in-bred halfwits should be able to cook a couple of burgers in 70 minutes...

this place blows. it's over priced, the buffet is never stocked well, the service is unprofessional, and the place smells like cigarettes and dirty rednecks. Actually that's pretty much what the whole town does. If you happen to be driving through this place, DONT stop. it's well worth the wait to stop in the next town in any direction.

I went to Mazzio's in Booneville Ar. to order a Pizza when I seen a kid wipe his nose and went on putting the toppings on the pizza. I just walked out I won't eat there again.

The last time I ate there, the buffet was practically empty. I asked the server, who spoke very little English, to have more food brought out, which never happened unless it was the employees bringing food out of the kitchen for their meal during their break. Was charged the full buffet price of $20 for a barely stocked cold buffet. Have also gotten ROTTEN chicken from the buffet. Staff seems unconcerned for the customers during service and food preparation, and I will not be going back.

Hello, If any body reading this the Pizza Barn in Paris Arkansas is a bad place to eat.My daughter and I ate there and it took 50 minutes just to get the pizza.And then when we got the pizza it was awful I rate their pizza from 1 to 10 a 1 I really mean it.The pizza was really nasty.It was the worst pizza I ever had no LIE.Don't eat there.

Tonight I drove 20 miles with my family to Paris, Arkansas for dinner in your restaurant and was refused service unless I was picking up a call-in order...time of arrival 8:20 pm. If your hours of operation are posted on the entrance, why then can't you honor a customer during normal business hours?

this place by far is the slowest and the sloppiest i wated forever just to get a large drink and there was knowbody ther and realy it shouldn't have taken longer than a couple of min to get my drink out and also on another occasion when i ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese burrito from there it had all kinds of greese in it, the egg wasnt done, and there was no cheese in it like i told them and the excuse cant be used that they were bussy because they had maby at most 10 cars there. so now the only sonic i will go to around here is the one in clarksville and this sonice doestn even diserve even one star
