Set on the balcony of the Basin Hotel, you will find the best food prepared by Cajun. She is a chef that has a specialty for...you guessed it, cajun delights! Get there early or you will miss her specials. She will also be happy to blacken your steak for you if you ask. Great atmosphere and food! It can't be beat! A wonderful performer entertained on the balcony while we were eating. Her singing and accustic guitar playing were beautiful!

Decent but not 'the best' by a long shot. Ribs were under-done and had to be gnawed off the bone. The pulled pork was better, but was served warm not hot. Sides were pretty good.

Sparky's is a great place to have a bite and relax after a long afternoon of shopping. We arrived there at 1:00 or so, and we had to park in the back. Lucky for us, they have an entrance back in the back too!!! We were seated very quickly by a very sweet girl who took us onto the deck as we requested. There are fans blowing and mosquito netting up to keep away the flies and such. We started off with the Vidalia Onion rings which were incredibly YUMMY!!! My boyfriend ordered a beer ( they have like 14 billion kinds.....I think they have 15 on tap and like a total of 99 beers available) and I had a Diet Coke. We both ordered from their burger side. They have several to choose from! I ordered the Bistor Burger which came with a HUGE half pound patty, Brie, and sauteed mushrooms. He ordered the Wally's Grilled Onion and Mushroom burger which was also HUMONGOUS!!! If you want lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles....just ask!! Each of our burgers was accompanied by homestyle french fries and a HUGE stack of them to boot! They were very good!! The portions were so big that I had to get a to-go box for mine. Boyfriend plowed right on through his, but he was starving!!! I would definitely tell my friends to go by there. They have some really cute t-shirts available for sale! Go on by and check 'em out!

The music was fabulous during diversity weekend! That's pretty much all I can say. The place was packed and after spending ten bucks for my girlfriend and i to enter the building only to find that we would have to stand up to eat. After waiting 45 minutes for people to give up their seats, we finally were able to sit. I do have to say that the pizza was really good but the service was less than desirable. I think they should prepare a little better for a packed crowd and if the bar/restrauant is at capacity they should not allow anymore people in the place. Fire hazard is what I thought of. Besides, I really don't agree with having to pay a cover charge just to eat. I would suggest getting there very early to ensure you have a place to sit and calling your food order in way before you leave the comfort of your room!

Food was ok, not great. Took over an hour to get our food & they were all simple fried orders. But the people were all great & the waiter tried to keep everyone happy. Just wouldn't bother to go back.

I've eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants throughout Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Kansas, but none better than Cafe Santa Fe. Eureka Springs is not where I expected to find top Tex-Mex, but this restaurant surprised me. The cheese enchilada dinner with refried beans, rice and Santa Fe corn doesn't sound like anything special, but the flavors are delicious. They have a certain twist that puts Cafe Santa Fe above other Tex-Mex offerings. And the nachos are exceptional, with fresh tomato pieces, peppers and olives added to the usual ingredients. The taste is nothing like the usual nacho--very fresh with a good vegetable tang.
