I live in Benton Arkansas and are rival is Bryant Arkansas and that is supposedly the biggest rivalry in Arkansas and I'm just wondering what is the biggest high school rivalry in the U.S. is.

One of the most storied rivalries in the whole country is the yearly duel between Massilon Washington and Canton McKinley. Hundreds of division 1 recruits have played in the game over the years as well as dozens and dozens of future NFL players. The game has been played every year since 1894. When played in Massillon, it's a Paul Brown Stadium, because thats where he started his coaching career, or at Fawcett Stadium in Canton, which is the stadium at the Football Hall of Fame. The two teams have combined to win 33 state championships.
Rent the movie "Go Tigers!" to get a greater sense of how huge the rivalry is. In blue collar northeast ohio high school football is as big as it is anywhere else in the country. And these two schools, separated by 5 miles are both giants in the history of American high school football.

What happends to a circut court judge when they get appealed and overturned? 7 or more times i might add?

Dont know if it will help or now but this judge is located in Benton county Arkansas.

this is actually a good question, so i will keep a personal opinion out of it. what will happen? the appellate courts do very well know who is sitting on the bench doing decent and who is doing lousy work. naturally you will not hear about it since this is done within the judicial system, if a judge gets constantly overturned on appeal, he will eventually be censured by the higher court, or forced to take courses, for instance on the sentencing guide lines.
judges like that do not last all that long - the bar usually knows if a judge is censured by the appellate and conflict them out. meaning - not proceeding in front of him.
they will eventually be replaced or if appointed get a nice little job in arraignment court or traffic division.
so all in all there is hope.

What happened to the "Kansas City & Memphis Railway Company" of 1911?

I work for a mortgage company, and one of our customers has an old warranty deed granting a right of way to that railway company across some property in Cave Springs, Benton County, Arkansas. However, the tracks were never built, and we need to find out who to contact to obtain an abandonment or a release of the right-of-way. The right of way was dated April 29, 1911 and was filed June 5, 1911, so who knows what happened to the railway company since then. Any help would be grealy appreciated.

I find no reference to the "Kansas City & Memphis Railway Company." The "Kansas City, Pittsburg and Gulf", started by Arthur Stillwell in 1890 was the earliest predesssor of the Kansas City Southern. The road went into receivership two years later and was reborn as the KCS.
In 1939, this company merged with the "Louisiana and Arkansas Railroad", giving them access for coal shipments from Wyoming's Powder River Basin, via Burlington Northern, to the power plants of Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas.
Not exactly what you're looking for but perhaps this is a help anyhow. Good luck in your search.

I really hate to sound mean, but those are not very reliable cars. You would be TONS better off to find a $5,000 Chevy Blazer or Ford Explorer even if it is an older model. Just don't get a 4x4 version, they are more expensive to maintain.

Back in 1977, I went from San Diego California to Detroit, Michigan. It took just over a week; most of my hops were short (100 miles or less). A trucker offered to take me from Benton, Arkansas to Norwood, Ohio, as long as I pitched in money for diesl fuel, did pick me up.
I was glad to pay, as it had taken a while to get to Arkansas, and I wanted to get home.
The only real problem I had was outside of Shamrock, Texas. It was fairly late at night and I had three dogs harassing me, for almost three hours. I got picked up and the dogs were history.
The way things are now though; I’d doubt I’d go hitchhiking again.

I live in Benton, Arkansas so i need state-specific answers if it qualifies. I want to start a computer repair business and i want to use a A+ certification for it and i was needing to know the cost and a place to take the test. But i mean i know a ton about computer repair and i tooks the classes in high school and everything but school was to cheap to pay for certification the handful of us who had top grades for the course. I can build a computer, repair most damaged O/S's and even take and forcefully remove a lost password even on Vista, and in doing that thier is a chance of doing irraparable damage to thier computer. Any thing i can do to avoid most if not all legal responsibility for the damages. I know how to price my business and parts and labor and everything and even have a few core customers with more than one comp, waiting for me to start my business. I would appreciate any additional help.
