WORST experience ever!! I had a massage booked with the SPA prior to my arrival into Las Vegas. I called the day before to confirm because it was my husbands birthday and I wanted to surprise him. The day we checked in, the front desk staff had NO smiles! What a FIRST impression that was! We got to the room, someone was already in it!! Embarrassed by what happened, we went back to the front desk and the clerk didn't even apologize, she gave us another room and that was it! We got to the SPA and the receptionist was very RUDE and said there was NO reservation BOOKED!!!!!!!!! At this point, I'd had it.... NO customer service at all!!!!!!!!

Your VIP Entrance is an embarassment. And it should be redone. or atleast fancied up to make VIPs feel like VIPS. I had gone through the entrance designated for us, and it was not a good experience. I didn't feel like a VIP at all besides the great personalities of the cashier and the hostess. During my time at the register, there were constant interuptions of people rudely asking questions while she was trying to get my drink order, then a whole party of latins were exiting behind me very loud and screaming children does not give the impression of V-I-P. It was a big distraction for everyone in that room because I could not hear the questions I was being asked by the cashier. The Rio's VIP entrance is alot more classy and I actually feel like a VIP upon entrance. I spend alot of money in your establishments, and thought that it paid off to spend all that money and be treated as one. If it wasn't for the great personalities of the staff I would not want to return. But your entrance needs some serious makeover so that next time, I feel like a VIP. Don't get me wrong, the steamed crab legs and chocolate covered strawberrys and special water was a nice touch, but there should be a VIP as soon as I walk in the door down to the moment I walk out the door.

If you don't go to Gibsons while your in Chicago your missing out on the only thing worth seeing north of Madison Ave. No other steak joint compares. Take a real Chicagoans advice and dont waste your time at any other place for steak in Chicago. You will only be cheating your self out of a taste of pure heaven! Teamsters forever!

Seacrets is so popular, and lives up to it, that you don't even have to mention it by name. It's so amazing, they have their own hotel and radio station. Aside from the glitz and glamour, the place is huge and designed like a beach (it's right on the Bay). Also, the food is really good (the Jerk Chicken is the specialty). But the signature drink is the "Pain in De Ass," which is a Rum Runner and Pina Colada mix. It's delicious and will destroy you. The music is great and the atmosphere is amazing. You got in right, guys.

Horrible!!!!! We used to go all the time, but the attitude is the worst, so I opted for doing take-out. Well, 2 out of 5, they got it wrong, it is New Year's, so I do not want to cook, decided to go get food, OMG!!!!! Worst ever. I order, the Southern Fried Chicken, ( which, I had had before, and love it), It tasted like the drippings from a nasty deep fryer. I could not even eat it. I tried to cover it with Tabasco, did not do the trick, I could still taste it. So, this is the last time they get my business. I really had it!!!!!

McGuires is a great place to go when you want to have a fun meal with great food. Their French Onion Soup is yummy, our steaks have always arrived cooked correctly. It is a go to place to take out of town company due to the ambience & varied menu. I have never had a bad meal or time at McGuires.

Get a Burger here. Did I mention get the burger! The other food is good also. Wide selection of beer so you cannot lose with and extra dark and a good burger (Again). The apps are good as well. Atmosphere is mostly younger people and the typical atlanta scene but a good one. ENJOY. -Food Lover

Pay no attention to the nay sayers and whiners. The Vortex offers the best hamburger in Atlanta. My favorites are the Rajin??? Cajun and Big Blue. The servers are not rude and yes, you are expected to tip. Unless you???re a scumbag you???ll tip your server, anyway. This restaurant is not for the faint of heart or uptake people, but you???ll get some awesome food at a very affordable price. My only complaint about the restaurant is that have recently removed some of their best appetizers from the menu - the fried and stuffed jalape??os. If you???re able, visit the one on Moreland. It has more character, though the food is every bit as good as at the Midtown location.

Campisi's has one of the best pizzas in town with an Italian mafia interior motif. The other courses are pretty typical, though the fried ravioli are very tasty. If you plan on going with friends, ride together because parking at this place is an unacceptable joke!

"carmelized" is another word for burned but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Supposedly Gino's East is the place to go when visiting Chicago. Pequods is just as good if not better than Gino's and is considerably cheaper. If I had to choose one place to eat pizza on any given night, I would select this place. Being within walking distance is just an added bonus for me. One bad thing. This place isn't very big and they crammed in a few too many tables if you ask me. You might be sitting closer to your neighbor that you would like but it's definitely worth it.

Okay, I am in love. This place was absolutely devine. I frequently eat out at some great restaurants, but my anniversary was this past weekend and I wanted to go somewhere romantic, with a beautiful setting, great food, and great service. I asked around and several friends said Chops/Lobster Bar. I checked them out online...it looked good,so we went. AHHHHH. It was fantabulous! My anniversary was perfectly set in motion here. The service was Incredible(Tom we'll be back)! Food was great. Try the fried lobster, heavenly. The cheesecake, delish. I couldn't find one thing to complain about and I'm very picky and critical. This place went straight to the top of my list. Get there and you'll see why!
