Just an ordinary day. Went to get into the car to take my grandson and three of his friends to the park. The night before I had pulled my car up further than usual in the driveway to make room for another vehicle or I would not have noticed the dark spot on the rocks. I checked my oil and found it to be over 2 quarts low. Frantically I called the Quick Lube because they had changed my oil less than a week prior. The manager there was very accomodating. Not only did he fill the oil reservoir back up, he also told me what was wrong with the car. A sensor had gone out and he said that I should get it to a mechanic as soon as possible. I was within a quarter of a mile from Johnnys Automotive and he had done some repair on a pick-up several years prior. I intended to drive the car to the shop and let someone come and get us because it is not easy to find a good mechanic that is not busy. Johnny had one of his service technicians look under the hood. They discovered the problem, ordered the part from Bobs Auto and within 45 minutes I was ready to head to the park. Just as importantly, I was treated with respect and made to feel appreciated. I am so glad that I chose to live in Clinton, Arkansas! I was especially glad that I had chosen to go to Johnnys because not only did he take care of the problem right away, he was very fair with labor costs and most of all he just made the circumstance easy because he has such a friendly disposition and an ever present smile. I would recommend his shop to any one that is looking for fantastic, fast, fair, friendly auto repair service.
