    • RocMen High 5: Top-earning country music stars of 2007

      1. Toby Keith, $48 million: When High 5 was young, Hank Williams Jr. was king of the hill. Toby is similar to Bocephus in a number of ways, but he has his own style, too. Popular with young kids as well as old kids. Happy 47th, Toby. 2. Rascal Flatts, $40 million: Part of this band's enormous popularity has to be because of lead singer Gary LeVox's unique sound. When a Rascal Flatts song comes on, you always know who is performing, thanks to LeVox. 3. Tim McGraw, $23 million: Quite a drop off money-wise from No. 2 but McGraw's wife, Faith Hill, is the only female listed in the Top 10 (she's tied at No. 7 with $12 million). This family is not hurting. 4. Kenny Chesney, $22 million: He has four straight Academy of Country Music Entertainer of the Year awards, which means he has a great shot at being the next Entertainer of the Decade, following Marty Robbins, Loretta Lynn, Alabama and Garth Brooks. 5. Brooks & Dunn, $20 million : One of the great stories in the history of country music, Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn have been a force in the business since becoming a team in 1991. They won the Country Music Association's Vocal Duo of the Year award each year between 1992 and 2006, except in 2000, when Montgomery Gentry won. Source: Forbes.com
