Libertyville is a town in Covington County, Alabama, U.S. At the 2000 census the population was 106. Libertyville is located at 31?14'38" North, 86?27'36" West (31.243844, -86.459962). According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.5 square miles (1.3 km²), all of it land. As of the census of 2000, there were 106 people, 48 households, and 32 families residing in the town. The population density was 202.6 people per square mile (78.7/km²). There were 55 housing units at an average density of 105.1/sq mi (40.8/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 91.51% White, 3.77% Asian, and 4.72% from two or more races. 0.94% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. There were 48 households out of which 25.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.2% were married couples living together, 12.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.3% were non-families. 27.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 16.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.21 and the average family size was 2.72. In the town the population was spread out with 17.9% under the age of 18, 11.3%
